Losing The Inspiration To Blog

I've been finding it really hard to think of something to blog about these past few weeks, months? I'm not sure exactly how long it's been, but it's been a while. I've been so focused on my work for Odyssey that I forget about my personal blog.

I love writing so much and it has become such a big part of my life, but I'm not sure what direction to take this blog in. Do I continue doing pop culture? Do I make it a food blog? I have so many ideas that I don't know what to do with myself.

I figured I would start with a venting blog post because that always helps with brainstorming, right?

I guess you will all have to wait and see what I come up with.

10 Questions From Pretty Little Liars We Still Want Answers To

The series finale of Pretty Little Liars left everyone with mixed reactions, but mostly I've seen some angry comments and many were disappointed with how it ended. Still so many plot holes and after 7 years, you would think we have all of our questions answered. Here are 10 questions we still want answers to:

1. What happened to Aria's brother?

2. Why wasn't he at the wedding?

3. Why did the horse figure out it wasn't Spencer before her own friends?

4. When Ezra first met Aria at the bar, he knew she was Ali's friend. Did he know Aria's true age then or did he not find out that Ali was a teenager?

5. What happened to Melissa?

6. How did Spencer kill Wren?

7. Did Alison and Emily find out that Wren is the father of their children?

8. Who was Bethany Young?

9. Who was "he" when the girls came running into Ali's classroom saying "he's coming".

10. Who kidnapped the girls during the Dollhouse episode?

I'm really upset about the endi…

Food Review: Apura Juicery and Vegan Kitchen in Boca Raton, FL

I walked into Apura Juicery and Vegan Kitchen in Boca Raton, FL and it definitely gave off the "Instagram worthy" vibe. Cute chandeliers, a butterfly painted on the wall, and the Taylor Swift album playing in the background: a hipster's hangout.

Honestly, I was so excited to try this restaurant as I love to try new things, especially healthy things. I had my eye on three different things on the menu, but unfortunately, the other items I wanted weren't available so I decided to get a Pink Pitaya AcaĆ bowl. I asked for no coconut meat and coconut flakes but as you can see, the coconut flakes were put on top. That's ok, I was able to scoop most of it off.  Also, the strawberries pictured were not listed in the ingredients and I can't have strawberries so I had to give those to my friend too. The bowl was picture perfect and beautifully, but the quality of it was just okay. I paid about $11 for it, but I don't think it was worth the money.

I think the restau…

Trying To Find My Spark

I haven't been blogging much because I haven't really had any inspiration to write something nor do I feel that spark I usually have . For my Odyssey articles, I have to write every week and I don't get tired of it and I always have something to write about, but when it comes to my blog, my creativity is gone.

Is it because I am my own boss? Maybe.

I'm hoping that something inspires me soon. I'm hoping I get my creativity back. I need that spark!

While I'm trying to figure everything out, you may check out my latest articles below :)

Gaining Confidence In Front of the Camera

I've tried vlogging (video blogging) on Youtube and while it's fun editing and coming up with ideas, I'm still not comfortable in front of the camera, even if it's just me in the room. I love making videos because I can put as much thought and creativity into as I want.

I think I'm more of a behind the camera kind of girl, but I'm trying to be more comfortable in front of the camera. I need to get out of my comfort zone and challenge myself. One platform I'm getting more comfortable with is Snapchat. I'm constantly making bizarre snaps and what really helps is when I get positive feedback from it. I'll have friends contact me and say, "your snapchat videos were cracking me up" or "please make more, I love them!". These types of comments really make my day and it's always good to hear something nice. With Snapchat, sometimes I overthink and I'm about to delete something I just made but then I tell myself, who cares? I'…

Life In Boca Raton, Florida

Located in south east Florida, Boca Raton has been my home for the past 13 years of my life. Honestly, I wasn't too sure if I was going to like it since I was new and didn't know many people in the area and had to begin a whole new journey here. As a New Yorker, I was used to the genuine friendliness of everyone you'd pass by and if they didn't like you, you would know. In Florida, everyone wants to know all your information and then they never talk to you again. People here are different, but if you encounter the right ones, you're set.

Every city/town in Florida is very unique, but I think Boca Raton is my favorite. You've got a mix of cultures here: there's a big Brazilian, Colombian, and Haitian population. Oh, and even if you don't live in Florida, you know that the Jewish community is pretty well known. If you're hungry, you can try a mix of many flavors and cultures in each restaurant that you set foot in.

The west side of Boca is definitely…
